Whitebridge Concierge GP
Private GP care for people who expect their healthcare to be handled properly.
For some patients, standard healthcare just doesn’t fit. Not because it isn’t available, but because it’s fragmented, time-consuming, and too often leaves the patient to do the chasing.
Whitebridge Concierge GP is built for people who value privacy, discretion, continuity, and a more considered way of accessing care.
This is an ongoing private GP relationship with one doctor who knows your history, understands the bigger picture, and stays across your care over time.
What this involves
Whitebridge Concierge GP is designed around a small number of patients.
The focus is on:
comprehensive health checks grounded in real medicine
additional pathology and imaging where appropriate, based on your risk profile, with proper follow-up and tracking over time
prevention and longevity based on evidence, not trends
continuity with a GP who understands your history and sees the bigger picture access that works around a demanding schedule
coordination when referrals, specialists, or further investigations are involved
The aim is straightforward. To support long-term health, reduce friction, and take the chasing, admin, and guesswork out of your care.
How the relationship works
This is not episodic care.
You have one GP who knows you properly, sees you over time, and takes responsibility for your care, not just the issue in front of them that day. Appointments can be longer when they need to be.
You’ll often liaise directly with your treating GP, and access is flexible, with priority availability when needed.
Not everything requires a standard in-person appointment. Where appropriate, things can be handled by phone, video, or direct communication.
Prevention and longevity, done properly
This side of medicine has become crowded with noise. That’s not what this is. The approach here is grounded in evidence and common sense. The goal is to understand your individual risk, get the fundamentals right, detect problems early where possible, and track meaningful change over time. That only works with continuity. It only works when the doctor involved knows your history, understands the context, and is following things over time rather than seeing isolated snapshots.
When health issues arise
If something important comes up, your GP stays involved. That might mean helping organise the next step, reviewing results in context, coordinating with other clinicians, or helping you make sense of competing advice.
The point is simple. Things don’t drift, and nothing important gets missed because nobody was actually holding the thread.
Privacy and discretion
For many patients, privacy is not a nice extra. It is part of the reason for the service.
Care is delivered quietly, personally, and with a level of discretion that reflects your situation.
For some people that means a lower-visibility way of accessing care. For others it means communication being handled carefully and directly.
If needed, communication and logistics can also involve an EA, PA, or family member.
Who this is for
This service is not for everyone.
It is for people who want a private GP relationship that reflects the reality of their life.
That may include: founders, investors, and high net worth individuals people with a public profile where privacy matters people in senior or demanding roles who do not want healthcare creating more work people who want their healthcare handled quietly, properly, and over time rather than in fragments
Some patients are extremely busy.
Some simply have no interest in navigating the system themselves.
What they tend to have in common is that they value discretion, expect a higher standard of service, and want one doctor taking an ongoing view of their health.
Who it’s not for
If you are looking for the lowest-cost way to see a GP, this is not the right fit.
If you are comfortable organising your own appointments, follow-up, referrals, and coordination, you may not need this model.
Whitebridge Concierge GP is deliberately limited, and it is priced accordingly.
Costs
Whitebridge Concierge GP is a private service built around an ongoing relationship. A retainer is generally required. Fees depend on the level of access, service, and involvement required, and are tailored to the individual and their situation. A full outline of services and fees is provided after the initial meeting, once expectations are clear and the appropriate level of care has been discussed.
Starting the conversation
Whitebridge Concierge GP begins with a private introductions appointment to discuss whether the service is the right fit.
This can be by phone, video, or in person. A non-refundable fee applies for that appointment, which is with our lead concierge GP, Dr Max Mollenkopf.
That appointment can be attended by you directly, or by an EA or PA acting on your behalf to initiate and scope the service.
If it makes sense to proceed, we’ll outline how the service works and what it would look like for you.
